Our expert team uses state-of-the-art computer technology along with radiation, sound waves, and magnetic resonance to diagnose ailments.

LABORATORY

Here at Medical Heights Medical Center, we have a CLIA certified state-of-the-art laboratory that offers a wide diagnostic test menu. The laboratory is staffed with MT, MLT and PBT certified technicians. Laboratory services include:

 

  • CNP blood test

  • Cholesterol (estimate risk of developing a disease — specifically heart disease).

  • Hematology tests (analyzes the amount and function of blood cells and plasma).

  • Pregnancy test

  • A1C (diagnose type 1 and 2 diabetes).

  • Urinalysis (detect substances or cellular material in the urine associated with different metabolic and kidney  disorders).

  • Strep test (determine whether a person with a sore throat (pharyngitis) has a group A streptococcal infection).

  • Mono test (determine whether a person with symptoms has infectious mononucleosis).

  • RSV test (diagnose the infection in people who have moderate to severe symptoms and lower respiratory tract      involvement).
