Petals Engineers Pvt Ltd, headed by chairman and managing director Joseph Dias, is a professionally managed company engaged in research and development, manufacturing and marketing of high tech pharmaceutical equipment and machineries. Dias has three decades of experience and dynamism in the field of engineering and injectables. The product line being very unique and built to international standards enjoys huge demand in the pharmaceutical industry. While the company’s head office and registered offices are located in Mumbai, the manufacturing and assembly units are located in Mumbai and Goa. The company’s excellent marketing network throughout India has enabled it to develop wide clientele with multinational and Indian pharma giants.

Pioneered by a highly vision and production oriented individual Joseph Dias, the parent company, Bright India Enterprises was floated in 1971 which began manufacturing of import substitute spare parts for the pharmaceutical industry. During the period the company built a reputation as an established spare parts manufacturer enabling Joseph Dias to venture out into the field of manufacturing equipment and machineries for pharmaceutical industry.

Thus Petal Engineers was born which moved into the field of high speed injectables and high speed wrappers. Soon the company came out with a major breakthrough by manufacturing and supplying its first high speed ampoule line.

Presently, Petals Engineers manufactures and supplies eight head ampoule filling and sealing machines matching its 16-head ultrasonic ampoule washing machine with an output of 18,000 plus ampoules per hour. The company later diversified into providing consultancy assistance and supplying machineries for a whole pharma line. The line comprises ultrasonic washing, pyroclean sterilizing and depyrogenating tunnels, filling, sealing and bunging for both ampoules and vials.

Linear Vial Washing Machine
